Christmas over, yet?
Ugh, nothing like spending Christmas down with the flu. My poor boys! Our first Christmas with just the 3 of us and I’m too sick to do anything with them. Papa came and picked them up when I got so sick I couldn’t even care for them. My sensitive boy was worried about his Marnie. Our conversation went like this…
A: “Marnie, why are there tears on your face?”
M: “Because I’m sick and I’m hurting.”
M: “Andrew, why are there tears on your face?”
A: “Because I feel bad for you.”
I can picture him being the one taking care of me when I’m old and feeble.
I did recover enough on Christmas day to go to dinner at my dad’s and open gifts but I’m afraid I wasn’t very sociable. I’m happy these holidays are almost over!
But, there’s nothing like scrapping to help a person feel better!
I got a page done today. I’ve had this photo that I took of the little boy that I take care of for about a month. I didn’t know what to do with it until I saw Wendy Page’s new Winter 2007 kit. It was perfect for it!

And tomorrow, I clean house and start a new blinkie. I feel my mojo coming back!
